I. Development process: 1. Sample develop: (sample types: Development spl, proto spl, fit spl, sale man spl, pp spl, size set spl, TOP spl, test spl, shipment spl) Received and study carefully techpack, reference sample, requirements from buyer: Qty sample, sample send date… 1.1 Working with supplier to order fabric, material. 1.2 Booking capacity with sample room, make sample order sheet: working with technican and pattern to make pattern and sewing instruction. 1.3 Sample meeting with technican, pattern, sample room to make sample. 2. Costing: Base on buyer target: Make fabric cost (working with pattern to make consumption of shell, lining, pocketting, interlining) accessories cost, CM price, washing price and other costing: freight charge, transportation…review with manager and send costing to buyer. 3. Checking sample finish schedule and inform to buyer sample send date. (During sample process if have anything unclear i have to clarify with buyer, if have anything wrong will work with main department to solve/settle and inform to buyer if needed. Follow sample process step by step to keep sample send date.) | |||
II. Production process: 1. Received and study carefully buyer order documents: Techpack, BOM, PO, approved sample, pattern, comments. Pass approved sample, pattern + translate techpack + comments to pattern room for check matching and arrange pattern full size, will clarify with buyer if any difference between approved sample, techpack and pattern. Base on Techpack, BOM, PO, approved sample and buyer comments to order material and get schedule receive all material. Base on ETD on PO, material receive schedule, factory capacity, estimate quantity output to make production planing, review with manager and send to buyer for approval. Keep checking and pushing material receive schedule with supplier. 2. Once received fabric and material: Follow material inspection process, base on actual qty receive to make balance sheet and working with supplier if any shortage and defect to requirement replenish. Keep inform and settel with buyer. 3. Once received all sewing materials, full pattern ready, prepare PP meeting. 4. During cutting process: Follow cutting report, actual fabric defect and shortage, keep inform and settel with buyer if any inconstant. 5. During sewing process: Follow initial product audit, production output, make and send daily production report to buyer, prepare inline inspeciton and send sample as buyer requirement: IPA sample, Top sample, test sample, shipment sample…And settel every problems issue. Keep checking finishing and packing material receive schudule. 6. Keep follow production status, booking final inspection and booking vessel. 7. Make balance sheet after shipment | |||

Yes, I know when I studied about merchandiser tasks and responsibilities, that is why I already studied very caffully about merchandiser job requirements and job descriptions. I already tried to learn how merchandiser do for each duties. And if I can work as merchandiser at your company, i will word hard, learn hard.
